A Look Back at 2013 – Bill Kasko – Frontline Source Group
While reflecting each year, Frontline is thankful for the ability to help others in their career. The number of people we were able to help find work this year is outstanding and we look forward to topping that in years to come.
As we approach the end of the year, I’m also enjoying looking back on all of the achievements the Frontline family has accomplished in 2013. We have a lot to be proud of over the past year…
In May, our corporate office expanded into a new location in downtown Dallas with a beautiful, brand new office. In November, our Dallas location also relocated after 9 years in the Historic West End. Our Dallas office is now located in the Uptown area, allowing for easier access to candidates. Both moves have allowed us the opportunity to add new team members pushing our growth to the next level.
Also this year, Frontline was happy to receive recognition as part of the Inc. 500 Awards at #452 for 2013. As a quickly growing temporary staffing agency and direct hire firm, it is an honor to be among Inc. Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.

In addition to receiving the Inc. 500 Award, Frontline Source Group was named as a Dallas 100 winner at #76 for 2013. Frontline also continued to receive the Inavero careerbuilder.com “Best of Staffing” designation this year for top staffing agencies in North America based on votes from Frontline clients.
Early this year, several Frontline team members were named Certified Staffing Professionals following the completion of an in-depth, self-study course and an exam of labor and employment law principles and ethical practices applicable to the staffing industry. This achievement involves pronounced time and effort and I’m proud of their hard work and commitment to continual education.
Looking back on this year, I’m not only proud of the growth of the company, but of my team. As we close in on 2013, I’m looking forward to what is to come in 2014.
