Expanded Use of Frontline Source Group Video Candidate Profiles

After much success in our Dallas and Houston markets, our team of recruiters has recently begun implementing video candidate profiles in our Austin, TX location with great results. Candidates will be able to utilize this new tool for temporary, temp to hire and direct hire placement positions. This innovative new technique has proven to add great improvements to the efficiency of the hiring process.

Video profiles consist of candidates answering 3-4 predetermined questions. The video is then attached to the candidate’s resume and sent to the hiring manager to be viewed, therefore allowing them to make decisions more efficiently.

We have found video interviews to be extremely effective and believe video candidate profiles as an additional tool will not only allow accelerated candidate screening, but allow clients to view the video profiles at a time most convenient to them.
