Staffing Industry Analysts Name Frontline Source Group #1 Best Staffing Firms to Work For

Frontline was recognized in San Diego at the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Executive Forum where I had the opportunity to accept the award. Winners were named as a result of an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplace.

We are thrilled to receive this award and would like to thank our talented staff for contributing towards our success and making Frontline such a great place to work. I am proud to be surrounded by such a hardworking team and truly appreciate each member of the Frontline family. We look forward to continuing to stand out in our industry and maintaining such a positive work environment.

Nearly 140 staffing firms were surveyed by Quantum Workplace, an independent research firm and global advisor on contingent work. Internal employees were given a 40-question survey to measure engagement and satisfaction to be compiled and evaluated by the Staffing Industry Analysts. Teamwork, trust in senior leadership, compensation and benefits were among the categories included in the internal survey.
