Frontline Source Group Named 2014 Best Places to Work by Dallas Business Journal
Frontline Source Group, temporary staffing and direct hire firm, was recently named in the 2014 Best Places to Work in Dallas by the Dallas Business Journal in their 12th annual ranking. Frontline was among 24 other finalists in the small company category and 60 total North Texas companies.
The Dallas Business Journal announces the annual Best Places to Work in partnership with independent research firm Quantum Workplace. Employees at Frontline Source Group were surveyed and results were compared against national standards. Employee surveys determined satisfaction through engagement, training and support, incentive programs and overall entrepreneurial spirit of the company.
In addition to 2014, Frontline Source Group was also named as part of the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award for 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012. This year’s 6th recognition left employees expressing as much pride as the first. Recruiting Manager Aubrey Whippo contends that “Frontline is very deserving of this award because of the training and support provided to employees. The growth opportunities and incentive programs are unheard of in this industry.”
